Ordering
All of my jewellery can be securely purchased through this website, simply make you choice from the website and click 'add to cart' on any product that you wish to buy, When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, go to your cart (on the left) and then 'checkout' you will then be guided through the rest of the process.
Reserving Items
I am happy to reserve any item/items for up to 14 days, if you want to take advantage of this service, send me an e-mail and I can reserve the item, you will then have up to 14 days to complete the sale, if payment is not received within 14 days the reserve on the item will lapse.
Presentation
Presentation is important to me, I love receiving an item where care has been taken over the presentation for that reason I pay a lot of attention to mine, each item is tissue wrapped and goes into EVY Designs gift boxes, I include little information cards with each order giving details of the name of the piece and the mateials used in the design.
Payment
Credit/Debit Card (through Paypal): Most credit/debit cards are accepted through this site, Paypal is one of the largest secure online payments systems on the net, you don't need to sign up for an account but if you have one it can be used. There are no limits when using this method and it will convert the amount into your currency making it ideal for international payments.
UK Customers: We accept payment by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.

Delivery
Postage within the UK is £3.50 for all items, if you are purchasing more than one item they will all be covered in the one £3.50 charge, all packages will be delivered by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, this is a trackable and insured option and is usually delivered within 1 to 2 days.
Overseas purchases are sent by Airsure at a cost of £7.90, if you are purchasing more than one item they will all be covered in the one £7.90 charge, this is a trackable and insured option, this service can take 4 - 7 days for delivery.
Special Delivery is also available if you require an item guaranteed for the next day, please contact me for prices.
Overseas Duties
Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your point of entry to your destination.
Returns
I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but sometimes things can go wrong, I will accept returns as long as the following criteria have been satisfied:
· You should initially e-mail me to let me know you wish to return your item and your reason for the return
· All returns must be posted back within 7 days, in an original & unworn condition, in the original packaging and by the same method of postage that was used for delivery
· Return Postage costs are not refundable
· Refunds will be made by the same method of your original payment, ie, if you paid by cheque, the refund will be by cheque.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund on pierced earring fittings, due to EU Hygiene regulations
