Packaging
Your EVY Designs jewellery will come in our signature gift packaging. We are happy to include a gift message for you and send directly to a gift recipient, there is no extra charge for this.
Delivery Options
Please note that estimated delivery times are from date of dispatch. We usually aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday), however, during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas and Mother’s Day, please allow extra time for dispatch of your order. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order and when your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following day.

Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your point of entry to your destination.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us at sales@evy-designs.com to advise us that you no longer wish to proceed with your order, we will decline your order on receipt of the notification and refund any monies paid, this can be done up at any time until the order has been dispatched, should you wish to cancel after your order has been dispatched please make the return following the guidelines shown in ‘How do I return goods’ a full refund will be made to you when we have received the goods back with us.
What is your returns policy?
We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition and in an original & unworn condition,.
We cannot accept returns of earrings due to EU Hygiene Regulations.
EVY Designs offer a 6 month warranty on all products. Â The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such silk, leather or waxed cotton.
Personalised, commission and bespoke items are non refundable unless faulty.
How do I return goods?
If you wish to return an item, with the exception of personalised products, we need to receive it back into our warehouse within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging and in an original and unworn condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
We are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless the following information is included with your return.
- Your order number
- Ordering customer name, if different to your own
- Email and telephone contact details
Please make sure you send any returns via a ‘Signed For’ service and retain your proof of postage for your own peace of mind. We cannot be held responsible for postal losses.

How long might a refund take?
Upon receipt of such items we will action a refund via Paypal. Paypal will then inform you that the refund has been made. Depending on the credit card/debit card used for the transaction the refund will take between 1-7 days. The card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
