How do I Order?

All jewellery can be securely purchased through this website, simply make your choice from the website and click ‘add to cart’ on any product that you wish to buy, when you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, go to your shopping cart at the top of the page and then ‘checkout’ you will be guided through the rest of the process.

How and when will my EVY Deisgns purchases be delivered?

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail.  We offer a 1st Class delivery service completely FREE OF CHARGE on all standard deliveries within the UK.

(please note that if a signature cannot be obtained at the point of delivery the item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will need to collect the item in person within 7 days of the attempted delivery.  If the item is not collected within this time it will be retuned to us.  We are unable to resend the item until we are in receipt of the returned package, additional postage costs will apply).

Express Postage is available if your order is more urgent.

You can choose Express Delivery for UK orders only.

This service costs £6.95 and orders placed by 1pm will be shipped the same day on a Royal Mail ‘Next Day before 1pm service.  Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day.

International Postage is charged at £9.95 and is sent on an equivalent 1st Class ‘Signed For’ Delivery service to the EU and beyond. the choice of service will depend on the order location.

We aim to deliver most Standard Delivery orders within one to two business days. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK.  Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for further details.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes.  We deliver to the following countries outside of the UK: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the USA.

How much will it cost?

International ‘Signed For’ service is charged at £9.95 for EU and beyond.

Overseas Duties

Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your point of entry to your destination.

How will my order be packaged and do you offer a Gift Service?

All EVY Designs pieces will be beautifully presented tissue wrapped in our signature gift packaging,  We are happy to include a gift message for you and send directly to a gift recipient.  There is no extra charge for this.

Which payments do you accept?

Credit/Debit cards (through Paypal): Most credit/debit cards are accepted though this site, Paypal is one of the largest secure online payments systems on the net, you don’t need to sign up for an account but if you have one it can be used.  There are no limits when using this method and the system will convert the amount into your currency, making it ideal for international payments.

UK Customers: We accept payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer or personal cheque (purchases will be sent out on clearance of funds).

What is your returns policy?

We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition and in an original & unworn condition,.

We cannot accept returns of earrings due to EU Hygiene Regulations.

EVY Designs offer a 6 month warranty on all products.  The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such silk, leather or waxed cotton.

Commission and bespoke items are non refundable unless faulty.

How do I return goods?

If you wish to return an item, with the exception of personalised products, we need to receive it back into our warehouse within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging and in an original and unworn condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless the following information is included with your return.

  1. Your order number
  2. Ordering customer name, if different to your own
  3. Email and telephone contact details

Please make sure you send any returns via a ‘Signed For’ service and retain your proof of postage for your own peace of mind. We cannot be held responsible for postal losses.

How long might a refund take?

Upon receipt of such items we will action a refund via Paypal.  Paypal will then inform you that the refund has been made.  Depending on the credit card/debit card used for the transaction the refund will take between 1-7 days.  The card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply).

How do I look after my jewellery?

Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewellery.  Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, repaired and stored.

Take care of your jewellery by making sure it is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, avoid your jewellery coming into contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray etc.

Do not wear when showering or swimming.

Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up.

Silver and gold can be polished with a soft polishing cloth but dips and pastes are not recommended.

Oxidised (darkened) silver should not be polished as this could remove the finish.

EVY Designs Components

EVY Designs only use exceptionally high quality components in our designs, these are clearly described in our product descriptions of the designs.

Please be aware that there may be natural variations in the colour or size of our semi-precious stones, and due to the rarity of some of the silver components we use pieces can vary very slightly.
